Llanfair Hall is perfectly sited for holidays on Anglesey - only a couple of miles east from the fantastic Newborough and Llanddwyn beaches, Newborough Warren National Nature Reserve and the mystical magical Llanddwyn Island. A mere 8 miles from the A55 Expressway, ideal for easy access to everything Anglesey has to offer as well as a fast route to Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.


Directions to Llanfair Hall by car

Dwyran, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll,

Isle of Anglesey, LL61 6AX

  • Drive towards Anglesey on A55
  • Cross over the Menai Strait via Britannia Bridge (A55)
  • Immediately over the bridge take the first turning and turn left, signposted Llanfairpwllgwyngyll
  • Turn left on to the A4080 towards Newborough, there is a small white toll house on the corner
  • Drive along this road for approximately 8 miles, driving through the village of Brynsiencyn
  • There will be a road sign B4419 turning right after a long corner, signposted LLangaffo and Dwyran, take this turning
  • Ignore the first turning left for Dwyran
  • Take the next road left at a small crossroads, keep to the right when the road forks and Llanfair Hall is the first house on the right, it is white with black edgings
  • Drive past the house and turn immediately right into the drive.

Note: sat-nav will probably take you 200 yards past the house. If you have reached Llanfair Farm and Seafield, you have driven too far.

Parking at Llanfair Hall

Cribinau, Lawd and Llanddwyn

Park on the gravel at the left of the drive as soon as you turn into Llanfair Hall.


Turn into Llanfair Hall, drive in a straight line  through the courtyard and park either behind or beside the log cabin.

Dulas and Tysilio

Turn into Llanfair Hall, drive into the courtyard and turn right, exiting into the field at the far corner gate. Park on the gravel or concrete standing.

Directions to Llanfair Hall by Public Transport

  • Arrive by train to Bangor, North Wales
  • Get on the number 42/42A bus from Bangor Train Station, for Dwyran
  • Ask the driver to drop you off at the Dwyran turn, Llys Newydd (B4419)
  • The bus will turn on to the road signposted Dwyran. You need to stay on the B4419 and walk up the road until you reach a staggered crossroads. Turn left, keep right when you reach the fork in the road and Llanfair Hall is the first house on the right
  • Pick up can be arranged beforehand with the owners, subject to availability and prior agreement. There is a cost for pick-up from the train station of £10, please try and arrange at time of booking.
